The manufacturing of textiles is more time-consuming than one thinks. The following steps are necessary before a product is ready to use:
- Purchasing and assigning of the yarn
- Checking of the yarn
- Producing the warp (long threads)
- Setting up the machine
- Pulling the threads into the machine
- Weaving
- Checking of grey goods
- Finishing (dyeing, printing, mercerising etc.)
- Tailoring
- Final inspection
- Delivery
We hope that this list of steps makes it easier for you to appreciate why the delivery times are sometimes somewhat longer.
