Production and Delivery of Our Goods

 

The manufacturing of textiles is more time-consuming than one thinks. The following steps are necessary before a product is ready to use:

1. Purchasing and assigning of the yarn
2. Checking of the yarn
3. Producing the warp (long threads)
4. Setting up the machine
5. Pulling the threads into the machine
6. Weaving
7. Checking of grey goods
8. Finishing (dyeing, printing, mercerising etc.)
9. Tailoring
10. Final inspection
11. Delivery

We hope that this list of steps makes it easier for you to appreciate why the delivery times are sometimes somewhat longer.
